Staff behavior
It was pathetic
Everything is nice its cozy it feels like home and the staff is very very great
No customer service at all it's really very bad
There was no warm/hot water in tap
The property is 4 min walk to Deira city center metro & mall . and in a very quite environment so thats a very huge bonus . Theres a mosque for the Moslem brothers to pray so dont have to worry about that mosque is 2 min walk from hotel
